2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, boasts a zinc coating thickness of 275g/m² and an impressive capacity utilization of 90%. The feeding density is 0.65 tons/m³, offering excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. It includes separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, with an auger size of 90mm. 3. This system is composed of a TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). Single-layer feeding is effortlessly achieved. This system efficiently and uniformly delivers feed to the feeding area, drastically minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thus enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

The water front parts include an advanced water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. Water quality is crucial for most drinking systems. 6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The manure belt is automatically cleaned by a manure scraper.

1. The system features 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a speed of 3m/min.
It utilizes powerful Taiwanese Minquan engine 1.5kw motors.
2. The PP Belt, with a thickness of 1mm and width of 1.13m, operates at a transport speed of 3m/min.
3. Supporting beams are made from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating.
4. Each room is equipped with a set featuring horizontal and bevel distribution, constructed from 5mm angle steel. The 5mm thick rubber tape stool ensures no fecal leakage during transport, powered by a 3kw motor.
