2. Main Feeding System

1. Our silo, made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensures anti-corrosion protection and maintains an impressive 90% actual capacity. Feeding density is set at 0.65 tons/m³. 2. The system is equipped with separate filling and dispensing equipment, boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Components include TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This advanced system delivers feed swiftly and evenly, minimizing manual operations and feed waste, thereby enhancing production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a 1.2mm thickness. They boast a capacity of 65kg, while the top layer can hold 70kg. Powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor with a 0.75KW motor power, the system operates with a 5mm steel wire at a speed of 8.67m/min.

4. Drinking System

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts consist of a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Water quality is paramount. Raisetech's water front kit not only effectively supplies water and medicates, but also features a large diameter flushing tube line to cleanse sediment, safeguarding the system and reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Side panels made of 2mm hot-dip galvanized steel operate at a speed of 3m/min, driven by a motor from China's top brand, Wanxin, with a power of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor, crafted from a PP woven belt, features a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm for reliable transport.
3. The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with a tensioning part, and essential accessories for smooth operation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system enhances air quality and reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the house.
The manure belt is efficiently cleaned by a manure scraper, maintaining optimal hygiene.

1. The system is fortified with 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a speed of 3m/min.
The system is powered by Taiwanese Minquan engines with 1.5kw motors for reliable performance.
2. The PP belt, with a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, operates at a transport speed of 3m/min.
3. Supporting beam is constructed from a 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating, ensuring robust production.
