2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offers an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is highly resistant to corrosion. 2. This system uses separate filling and dispensing equipment with a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The robust outer tube measures 110mm*2mm and is paired with a 90mm auger. 3. Key components include TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg), enabling single-layer feeding. Automatically delivers feed swiftly and evenly, minimizing manual labor and feed waste while bolstering production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each made of durable hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. The hoppers boast a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor, the motor delivers 0.75KW, complemented by a robust 5mm steel wire and an operational speed of 8.67m/min.
