2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering 90% actual capacity. Feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m³, showcasing excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. Materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with an impressive transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The system features a 110mm*2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger. 3. Components comprise TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. This sophisticated system auto-delivers feed swiftly and uniformly to the feeding area, significantly minimizing manual intervention and feed waste, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer operates with two hoppers, each crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper supports a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Utilizing China's premier Wanxin Motor, it boasts a motor power of 0.75KW, a 5mm steel wire, and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min.

5.Egg Collection System

1. Featuring 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, this system operates at a speed of 3m/min, powered by China's top brand Wanxin with a motor power of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is made from a PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring seamless transport.
3. Includes a U shape egg bracket and an egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning parts, complemented by a PP Belt and egg Claw for efficient handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

This automated manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by efficiently removing waste, providing an improved environment.
By maintaining ammonia levels between 3-5ppm, the system ensures a healthier poultry house. The manure belt is effortlessly cleaned by a sophisticated manure scraper.

1. The system includes 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a speed of 3m/min.
Powered by a robust 1.5kw Taiwanese Minquan engine motor, it guarantees efficient operation.
2. With a PP Belt of 1mm thickness and 1.13m width, the system efficiently transports waste at a speed of 3m/min.
