2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo, constructed from robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², holds an impressive 90% actual capacity. Feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m³, offering superior anti-corrosion benefits. 2. The system is equipped with separate filling and dispensing machinery, boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. With an outer tube dimension of 110mm by 2mm and a 90mm auger, the system also comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. This design ensures quick and even automatic feed distribution throughout the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency and quality of chicken rearing operations.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

This advanced system features two robust hoppers per layer, each made from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm.
