2.Main Feeding System

1. Designed with precision, the silo is crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with an impressive zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasting an actual capacity of 90%. The feeding density reaches 0.65 tons/m³, promising outstanding anti-corrosion properties. 2. The materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment, with a robust transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, complemented by a 90mm auger. 3. The system is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, a Feed Trough, and a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW). The Feed Hopper has a generous capacity of 65kg, enabling single-layer feeding. This advanced system delivers feed swiftly and uniformly to the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and reducing feed waste, thereby enhancing production efficiency and optimizing the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, made from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Both hoppers have a substantial capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer holding 70 kg. 6.Manure Cleaning System

Our advanced automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing
the ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility. The system efficiently utilizes a manure scraper to automatically clean the manure belt.

1. Boasting durable 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, the system operates at a speed of 3m/min.
