1. The silo is made from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc coating of 275g/m² and an impressive 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, this system is engineered for optimal performance and anti-corrosion. 2. The materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment, delivering a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm with an auger of 90mm. 3. This system, composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), ensures swift and even feed distribution, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage while enhancing production efficiency in chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers made from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, each with a capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer can hold up to 70 kg. 2. The egg conveyor utilizes a robust PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a generous width of 100mm, ensuring safe and efficient egg transport.
3. Featuring a U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket complete with a tensioning part for the egg belt, and additional accessories including a PP Belt and egg Claw, this system is designed for seamless operation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

An automatic manure cleaning system transforms the air quality, reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The system operates with a manure scraper that reliably ensures cleanliness.
