1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring robustness with 90% actual capacity. It achieves a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, featuring anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, utilizing a 110mm x 2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper, our system guarantees swift and uniform feed delivery, reducing manual labor and minimizing waste while amplifying the productivity and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers made from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a capacity of 65 kg per hopper, and 70 kg on the top layer. Powered by China's distinguished Wanxin Motor with 0.75KW output, the system operates efficiently with a 5mm steel wire and a speed of 8.67m/min.

Our comprehensive water front parts system includes a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor, all vital for maintaining superior water quality. Raisetech's water front kit excels not only in water supply and medication delivery but also features a large diameter flushing tube line to effectively clear sediment, safeguarding the system and diminishing the need for frequent maintenance.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Engineered with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, our egg collection system operates at a controlled speed of 3m/min, powered by China's premier Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW, ensuring delicate handling of each egg.
2. The egg conveyor is crafted from PP woven belt material, featuring a 1.2mm thickness and a 100mm width, designed for durability and efficiency.
3. An innovative U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning parts, and PP belt and egg claw, all ensure seamless and gentle egg collection.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality and significantly reduce ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the housing environment. The manure belt is effectively maintained by an automatic manure scraper.
The system ensures an optimal indoor climate by efficiently reducing ammonia percentages, while the seamless operation of the manure belt with the scraper guarantees a pristine and healthy environment.
