With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it offers excellent anti-corrosion properties. 2. Comprised of separate filling and dispensing equipment, it boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring an outer tube of 110mm x 2mm and a 90mm auger, it is composed of TS corners, a TS chain, a feed trough, a drive motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a feed hopper (65kg). The system efficiently delivers feed automatically and evenly to the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and feed waste, thus boosting production efficiency and ensuring superior quality in chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, crafted from durable hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2mm. Each hopper has a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. The water front parts encompass the water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. 6. Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system is designed to enhance air quality and effectively reduce ammonia levels to 3-5ppm within the house environment. The system utilizes a manure scraper for automated cleaning of the manure belt.
By automatically cleaning the manure belt with the manure scraper, the system effectively improves air conditions and reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility.

1. Featuring 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, the system operates at a running speed of 3m/min.
Powered by a Taiwanese Minquan engine, this system utilizes 1.5KW motors for robust performance.
