2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo material boasts hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², and an actual capacity utilization of 90%. It maintains a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, ensuring anti-corrosion properties; 2. It features separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube dimensions are 110mm x 2mm, paired with a 90mm auger. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), achieving single-layer feeding. The auto-feed feature swiftly and uniformly delivers feed to the designated area, significantly reducing manual operation time and minimizing feed wastage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each having a thickness of 1.2 mm. Constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel, each hopper offers a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. Powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor (0.75KW), the system utilizes durable 5mm steel wire, operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

5.Egg Collection System

1. Equipped with 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, the system operates at a speed of 3m/min, driven by a motor boasting 0.4KW power from China's esteemed Wanxin Motor.
2. The egg conveyor utilizes a PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. Featuring a U-shaped egg bracket, this system includes an egg belt wheel bracket complete with a tensioning part and necessary accessories, alongside a PP Belt and egg Claw for efficient egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing
the ammonia concentration (maintained between 3-5ppm) within the house. The system employs a manure belt that is automatically cleaned by a specialized manure scraper.

1. Featuring 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, the system operates at a running speed of 3m/min.
Powered by a robust Taiwanese Minquan engine, the system utilizes 1.5KW motors for optimal performance.
