It boasts an impressive feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and outstanding anti-corrosion properties. 2. Featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment, it boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The robust outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, complemented by a 90mm auger. 3. This system is composed of TS Corners, TS chains, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). It efficiently delivers feed automatically and evenly to the feeding area, significantly cutting down on manual labor and minimizing feed wastage, thereby boosting both production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features two robust hoppers made from 1.2 mm thick, hot-dip galvanized steel. With a capacity of 65 kg per hopper and 70 kg for the top layer, this system is powered by China's leading brand, Wanxin Motor, boasting a power of 0.75KW. It operates at a commendable speed of 8.67m/min with a 5mm steel wire, ensuring reliability and exceptional performance.

Our water front parts are meticulously designed, including a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. The large diameter flushing tube line efficiently clears sediment from the system, ensuring protection and substantially reducing maintenance labor.

2. The egg conveyor utilizes a PP woven belt, boasting a thickness of 1.2mm and width of 100mm, ensuring seamless egg transportation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our state-of-the-art automatic manure cleaning system significantly improves air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the house. With innovative technology, the manure belt is cleaned autonomously using a manure scraper.
