2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating thickness of 275g/m², offering an impressive actual capacity of 90%. It accommodates a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and boasts superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm in diameter. 3. It is composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a robust Feed Hopper (65kg). This seamless system ensures quick, even auto-feed delivery to the feeding area, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and the overall quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper offers a substantial capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. It is powered by China's premier brand, Wanxin Motor, boasting a motor power of 0.75KW, a durable 5mm steel wire, and an efficient speed of 8.67m/min.

2. The egg conveyor is made from a durable PP woven belt, possessing a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
