2.Main Feeding System

1. Our silo material is crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a robust zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring a 90% actual capacity and a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. This design offers exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring an outer tube measuring 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. Comprised of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg), it facilitates single-layer feeding. The system auto-delivers feed quickly and evenly to the feeding area, drastically reducing the need for manual operation and minimizing feed waste, thus enhancing production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel, each with a substantial thickness of 1.2 mm. The capacity of each hopper stands impressively at 65 kg, with the top layer reaching 70 kg. Equipped with China's leading Wanxin Motor, the system boasts a motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.

Understanding the critical importance of water quality, Raisetech’s water front kit is engineered not only for efficient water supply and medicating but also to flush sediment with its large diameter flushing tube line. 1. Our egg collection system features 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the reputable Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.4KW.
