2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275g/m², ensures durability and corrosion resistance. With a 90% capacity at a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it efficiently prevents waste. 2. The separate filling and dispensing equipment boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, with an outer tube measuring 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. The system includes TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This automated system swiftly and evenly delivers feed to the feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor and enhancing production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features two robust hoppers made from hot-dip galvanized steel, each with a thickness of 1.2 mm and a capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer boasts a capacity of 70 kg. The system is powered by China's leading Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW, utilizing a 5mm steel wire and achieving a speed of 8.67m/min.

4. Drinking System

The system comprises five critical components: 1. Water front parts, 2. Drinking nipples and cups, 3. Hanging system, 4. Regulator, 5. Water end parts.

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts include essential elements like the water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Recognizing the importance of water quality, the Raisetech water front kit not only facilitates efficient water supply and medication but also features a large-diameter flushing tube line to flush sediments, safeguarding the system and minimizing maintenance efforts.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Engineered with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, the system operates at a speed of 3m/min. It is powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor with a power rating of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed from durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring efficient egg transport.
3. The innovative U-shape egg bracket, along with the egg belt wheel bracket, features an egg belt tensioning part complete with accessories, complemented by a reliable PP belt and egg claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automated manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by effectively reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house.
The system utilizes a manure belt automatically cleaned by a manure scraper, streamlining the cleaning process.

1. Equipped with 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, it operates efficiently at a speed of 3m/min.
The system is powered by a robust 1.5kw Taiwanese Minquan engine, ensuring reliable performance.
2. The PP Belt features a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, operating at a transport speed of 3m/min for optimal manure management.
3. The supporting beam is crafted from a 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating production, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
