2. Main Feeding System

1. Our silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and superior anti-corrosion features, it efficiently accommodates separate filling and dispensing. Its impressive transport capacity is 73 kg/min, with an outer tube dimension of 110mm*2mm and auger at 90mm. Composed of TS Corner, TS chain, feed trough, drive motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and feed hopper (65kg), our system enables single-layer feeding, seamlessly delivering feed swiftly and uniformly, minimizing manual intervention and feed wastage, while enhancing production efficiency and chicken quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers crafted from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a 65 kg capacity, with the top layer increased to 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, our system operates at a speed of 8.67m/min using durable 5mm steel wire, backed by a motor power of 0.75KW.

4. Drinking System

Water Front Parts.

The water front kit from Raisetech includes a comprehensive setup: water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Our kit not only facilitates effective water supply and medicating, but also features a large diameter flushing tube line that efficiently flushes sediment, safeguarding the system and significantly reducing maintenance efforts.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Crafted with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, our system operates at an efficient speed of 3m/min, powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor with a motor power of 0.4KW.
2. Our egg conveyor, made of durable PP woven belt, ensures reliable transport with a thickness of 1.2mm and width of 100mm.
3. Featuring a U shape egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning part and accessories, along with a robust PP belt and egg claw for secure and efficient egg handling.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system improves air quality and reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the housing, promoting a healthier environment.
The system employs a manure belt and scraper for automatic cleaning, enhancing efficiency and maintaining excellent conditions.
