The feeding density reaches 0.65 tons/m³. 2. The system comes equipped with specialized filling and dispensing tools, capable of transporting 73 kg/min. Main components include a 110mm*2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger. 3. Integrated with TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), it seamlessly delivers feed across each layer, enhancing efficiency by minimizing manual intervention and reducing feed wastage.

3. Featuring a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning accessories, PP Belt, and Egg Claw, this system guarantees secure egg handling and transportation.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system enhances the indoor air quality significantly, effectively lowering ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the facility. The innovative manure scraper ensures the belt remains clean effortlessly.
With amonia levels reduced (3-5ppm), the environment is notably improved. The manure belt is kept pristine through the automatic operation of the manure scraper.
