2. Main Feeding System

1. The Silo, made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275g/m², offers a practical capacity utilization of 90% and a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. This anti-corrosive marvel consists of separate filling and dispensing equipment boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The external tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. Components include the TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. This advanced system ensures swift and even feed delivery, drastically reducing manual labor and minimizing feed waste, thereby optimizing both efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

This system features two hoppers per layer, each crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, with a capacity of 65 kg per hopper and 70 kg on the top layer. Powered by the renowned Chinese brand Wanxin Motor, it boasts a motor power of 0.75KW. The use of 5mm steel wire enables a speed of 8.67m/min, ensuring reliable and efficient feeding operations.

The water front parts comprise the inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Raisetech's water front kit excels in not only supplying water and medication but also in flushing out sediment with its large diameter flushing line, safeguarding the system while minimizing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. This system uses 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor with a power rating of 0.4KW from China.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed from PP woven belt, 1.2mm thick and 100mm wide, ensuring a durable and reliable transport solution.
3. The U-shape egg bracket, alongside the egg belt wheel bracket, comes with an egg belt tensioning part and essential accessories. The PP Belt and egg claw contribute to a seamless egg collection process.

6. Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is designed to significantly enhance air quality by reducing ammonia levels to 3-5ppm within the house. The manure belt is efficiently cleaned by a state-of-the-art scraper mechanism.

1. It features 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a steady speed of 3m/min.
Powered by the robust Taiwanese Minquan engine, this system includes 1.5kw motors for reliable performance.
2. The PP Belt, with a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, operates at a transport speed of 3m/min, ensuring efficient manure handling.
3. The supporting beam is made from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized sheet with a 275g coating, exemplifying durability and strength.
4.1 Each room is meticulously equipped with a set, featuring horizontal and bevel distribution, meticulously crafted from 5mm angle steel. The stool tape boasts a robust 5mm thick rubber, delivering 3kw of power.
