2.Main Feeding System

1. Our silo is constructed with robust hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and a practical capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is designed to resist corrosion effectively. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with an impressive transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Featuring a sturdy outer tube measuring 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. The sophisticated assembly consists of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, a powerful Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper with a capacity of 65kg. It ensures efficient single-layer feeding, expediting feed delivery to the feeding area swiftly and evenly, thus minimizing manual labor, reducing feed wastage, and enhancing the overall efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with dual hoppers, made from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper supports a capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer accommodates up to 70 kg. We integrate the renowned Chinese brand Wanxin Motor, with a power of 0.75KW, a steel wire of 5mm, and a precise speed of 8.67m/min.

Water front parts.

The water front parts are meticulously designed with inclusions like water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Water quality is paramount in our drinking systems. The Raisetech water front kit not only ensures a reliable water supply and effective medicating but also features a large diameter flushing tube line to efficiently remove sediment, protecting the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5.Egg Collection System

1. The egg collection system features 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min. Powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor with a reliable 0.4KW output.
2. The egg conveyor is constructed from high-quality PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. Includes a U-shape egg bracket and an egg belt wheel bracket, complete with egg belt tensioning components and essential accessories. The PP belt and egg claw ensure smooth and efficient egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by reducing ammonia levels to 3-5ppm within the housing environment. The system is equipped with a manure belt that is automatically cleaned using an efficient manure scraper, ensuring optimal sanitation.
The advanced manure cleaning system automatically maintains cleanliness by effectively removing waste, improving the air environment, and significantly lowering the ammonia percentage (3-5ppm) within the poultry house. The automatic manure belt is efficiently cleansed by a manure scraper, enhancing overall hygiene.

1. Features robust 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a reliable running speed of 3m/min.
The system is powered by the highly efficient Taiwanese Minquan engine, featuring a strong 1.5kw motor for optimal performance.
2. The PP Belt, with a thickness of 1mm and a width of 1.13m, ensures a consistent transport speed of 3m/min, facilitating smooth manure movement.
