The separate filling and dispensing equipment has a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring an outer tube dimension of 110mm*2mm, and an auger of 90mm. Components include TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper. This system ensures rapid and uniform feed distribution to the designated areas, significantly cutting down on manual labor and feed wastage, ultimately enhancing both production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

6. Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system is expertly designed to enhance air quality and significantly reduce
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the housing. The system ensures comprehensive sanitation by utilizing a manure scraper to automatically clean the manure belt.
