2.Main Feeding System

1. Our silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m2, providing a remarkable 90% actual capacity. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m3, it is robustly anti-corrosive. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Equipped with a 110mm*2mm outer tube and a 90mm auger. 3. Components include TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg). This setup ensures quick, even auto-feeding, minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thereby boosting production efficiency and enhancing the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers made from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, each possessing a 65 kg capacity, with the top layer holding 70 kg. Powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor (0.75KW), it features a 5mm steel wire and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min.
