2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275g/m², providing 90% actual capacity. It supports a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and is resistant to corrosion. 2. Materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. Composed of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), enabling efficient single-layer feeding. It swiftly and uniformly distributes feed to the desired feeding area, significantly reducing manual labor and feed wastage, while enhancing overall chicken rearing efficiency and quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each made from 1.2 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. The capacity for each hopper is 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating 70 kg. Powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor, it boasts a motor power of 0.75KW. The system is connected with a 5mm steel wire and operates at a speed of 8.67m/min.

2. The egg conveyor employs a PP woven belt with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.

The automatic manure cleaning system significantly improves air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. Manure scrapers autonomously clean the manure belt, streamlining waste management.
