1. CAGE Frame

2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity and anti-corrosive properties. Feeding density stands at 0.65 tons/m³. 2. The system features separate filling and dispensing equipment, boasting a remarkable transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Outer tube dimensions are 110mm*2mm, with an auger size of 90mm. 3. It is composed of a TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This setup enables rapid and even feed delivery, significantly reducing manual labor, minimizing feed wastage, and boosting the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer features two durable hoppers, each with a thickness of 1.2mm, constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. Equipped with China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, boasting a power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min.

4. Drinking System

Water Front Parts.

The water front parts include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Ensuring optimal water quality is critical for our drinking systems. The Raisetech water front kit is engineered for robust water supply and medicating capabilities, and it also efficiently flushes sediment with its large diameter flushing tube line, safeguarding the system while reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Equipped with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the highly reliable Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW.
2. Egg Conveyor: Made from PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, ensuring durability and efficiency.
3. U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with egg belt tensioning part, complemented by essential accessories. 4. PP Belt and Egg Claw provide seamless operation and egg handling.

6. Manure Cleaning System

This automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality and effectively reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the environment. The system's manure belt is meticulously cleaned by a manure scraper.
Ammonia percentage is maintained at an optimal 3-5ppm in the chicken house, thanks to the meticulous automatic cleaning by the manure scraper.
