Our silo is expertly constructed with hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc coating of 275g/m², ensuring robust anti-corrosion protection. The feeding system's efficiency is unmatched, with a dense capacity of 0.65 tons/m³ and a transport ability of 73 kg/min. Featuring a TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a 65kg Feed Hopper, our system delivers feed swiftly and uniformly, significantly reducing manual labor and feed waste, thereby optimizing chicken rearing efficiency.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Engineered for efficiency, each layer includes two hoppers made from hot-dip galvanized steel, with a thickness of 1.2 mm. These hoppers boast a substantial capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer extending to 70 kg. Equipped with a leading Wanxin Motor power of 0.75KW, 5mm steel wire, and a speed of 8.67m/min, our system is designed for reliable performance.

5. Egg Collection System

Our egg collection system features robust 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at 3m/min speed, powered by a top-tier Wanxin Motor with 0.4KW power, ensuring efficient egg handling and collection.
The egg conveyor utilizes a high-quality PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, designed for optimal durability and performance.
The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket, tensioning parts, and PP belt with egg claw accessories, ensuring seamless operation and handling of eggs.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system enhances air quality by efficiently reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the poultry house. The innovative design allows the manure belt to be automatically cleaned by the reliable manure scraper.
