Feeding density is optimized at 0.65 tons/m³, delivering exceptional anti-corrosion properties. 2. Our innovative system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube dimensions are 110mm by 2mm, complemented by a 90mm auger. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), our system ensures swift and even auto-delivery of feed, dramatically reducing manual labor and minimizing feed waste, thereby elevating production efficiency and quality in chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer's two robust hoppers, crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel, boast formidable capacity—65 kg, with the top layer extending to 70 kg. 1. Durable 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operate smoothly at 3m/min, powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor, ensuring a consistent performance with a 0.4KW capacity.
2. Our egg conveyor features a robust PP woven belt, meticulously designed with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm, providing reliable egg transport and minimizing breakages.
3. The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning accessories, PP Belt, and egg claws, all harmonizing to ensure gentle and efficient egg handling.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly elevates air quality while effectively reducing
ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the environment. The state-of-the-art manure belt, aided by an efficient scraper, ensures a spotless facility with minimal manual intervention.

1. Featuring 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, our system operates seamlessly at a running speed of 3m/min.
