2. Main Feeding System

1. Silo material is hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity. Feed density is 0.65 tons/m³, offering robust anti-corrosion properties. 2. With separate filling and dispensing equipment, the system has a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. It comprises TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). This system automates feed delivery, enhancing operational efficiency and feed quality while minimizing manual labor and waste.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer boasts two hoppers, with a thickness of 1.2 mm, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper can hold up to 65 kg, while the top layer holds 70 kg, powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor (0.75KW). The system operates with precision using a 5mm steel wire, achieving speeds of 8.67m/min.

Our water front parts comprise an advanced water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. The premium Raisetech water kit not only facilitates water supply and medication but also incorporates a large diameter flushing tube line. This innovation aids in effectively flushing out sediment, thus preserving system integrity and reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Featuring 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels, the system operates at 3m/min speed. Powered by the prestigious Wanxin Motor (0.4KW), it ensures smooth and reliable performance.
2. The egg conveyor utilizes a PP woven belt, with a 1.2mm thickness and 100mm width, providing durability and efficiency in egg transportation.
3. Equipped with a U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with tensioning parts, and accessories. The PP belt and egg claw further ensure secure and efficient egg handling.

6. Manure Cleaning System

Our automatic manure cleaning system significantly enhances air quality by efficiently removing waste, thus minimizing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the poultry house.
The manure belt is expertly cleaned by a highly effective manure scraper, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene effortlessly.

1. Constructed with 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, the system runs smoothly at speeds of 3m/min.
Engineered with Taiwanese Minquan engine motors (1.5kw), offering dependable power and performance.
