2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is constructed with robust hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring a zinc thickness of 275g/m² and an actual capacity utilization of 90%. Feeding density is maintained at 0.65 tons/m³, exuding superior anti-corrosion properties. 2. Materials encompass separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. This system includes TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), enabling single-layer feeding. The system ensures swift and uniform feed delivery to the feeding area, significantly minimizing manual labor and feed wastage, thus elevating the efficiency and quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, crafted from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper holds a capacity of 65 kg, while the top layer enhances capacity to 70 kg. Leveraging China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, boasting a motor power of 0.75KW, and employing a 5mm steel wire, this system achieves a speed of 8.67m/min.

Water Front Parts.

The water front assembly encompasses the water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Water quality is paramount in drinking systems, and Raisetech’s water front kit not only facilitates water supply and medication but also features a large diameter flushing tube line to efficiently clear sediment, safeguarding the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Side panels, 2mm hot dip galvanized, operate at a speed of 3m/min with the power of China’s premier Wanxin Motor, rated at 0.4KW.
2. Egg Conveyor is constructed of a durable PP woven belt, with a thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. U-shaped egg bracket and egg belt wheel bracket are equipped with egg belt tensioning components and accessories, in addition to the PP Belt and egg Claw.

6. Manure Cleaning System

An automated manure cleaning system is integrated to enhance air quality and significantly reduce ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The manure belt is meticulously cleaned via a manure scraper.
