Our Main Feeding System showcases innovation and efficiency. With a silo crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m², the system offers an impressive feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, all while being thoroughly anti-corrosive. The system's materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min, featuring an outer tube size of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. The assembly comprises TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). Its design ensures rapid and even auto-feed delivery, minimizing manual operations, reducing feed waste, and boosting chicken rearing efficiency and quality.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

This system is designed with precision and durability in mind, featuring two robust hoppers per layer made from 1.2 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a generous capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer supporting 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, the system ensures reliable operation with a motor power of 0.75KW, utilizing a 5mm steel wire for enhanced durability and operating at a speed of 8.67m/min.

Our water front parts are engineered to perfection, comprising a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor. Recognizing the critical importance of water quality, the Raisetech water front kit excels at water supply and medicating. Furthermore, it features a large diameter flushing tube line to efficiently remove sediment, safeguarding the system and significantly reducing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

Constructed for efficiency, the egg collection system is equipped with 2mm hot-dip galvanized side panels operating at a speed of 3m/min. Powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor, the system delivers consistent performance with an impressive motor power of 0.4KW.

6. Manure Cleaning System
