2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel, boasting a zinc thickness of 275g/m², and operating at a robust 90% actual capacity. It accommodates a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, offering impressive anti-corrosion features. 2. The system includes separate filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, and the auger is 90mm. 3. Composed of TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), Feed Hopper (65kg), it allows for single-layer feeding. This advanced system auto-delivers feed swiftly and evenly, reducing manual operation time and feed waste, thus significantly boosting production efficiency and chicken rearing quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers, each 1.2 mm thick and constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel. With a generous capacity of 65 kg each, and the top layer reaching 70 kg, the system is powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, featuring a motor power of 0.75KW and a 5mm steel wire, achieving a speed of 8.67m/min.

5.Egg Collection System

1. Side panels of 2mm hot-dip galvanized material operate at a speed of 3m/min, powered by the top-tier Wanxin Motor with a 0.4KW output.
2. The egg conveyor is designed with a PP woven belt, featuring a durable thickness of 1.2mm and a width of 100mm.
3. It includes a U-shaped egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket with an egg belt tensioning part, and accessories, along with a PP Belt and egg claw for efficient operation.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The automatic manure cleaning system is engineered to enhance the air quality and reduce the ammonia concentration (3-5ppm) within the house. This system employs an efficient manure scraper to automatically clean the manure belt.
With precision, the system reduces the ammonia levels (3-5ppm) in the environment, while the manure belt benefits from automatic cleaning via a dedicated manure scraper.
