1. Our silo is made from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², ensuring 90% actual capacity and an impressive feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³. This anti-corrosion marvel is complemented by separate filling and dispensing mechanisms, achieving an efficient transport capacity of 73 kg/min. With an outer tube dimension of 110mm*2mm and a 90mm auger, the system is composed of high-quality TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg). Single-layer feeding is facilitated with ease, as the system automatically delivers feed swiftly and uniformly to the feeding area, significantly minimizing manual operations and feed wastage, thereby elevating production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

Each layer is equipped with two robust hoppers made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2mm. Each hopper boasts a generous capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. 6. Manure Cleaning System

An automatic manure cleaning system that significantly enhances air quality by reducing ammonia levels to 3-5ppm within the housing environment. The manure belt is meticulously cleaned using an efficient manure scraper.
