2.Main Feeding System

1. The silo is built with robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering 90% of its actual capacity. A feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ ensures corrosion resistance and efficiency. 2. Equipped with dedicated filling and dispensing mechanisms, the system boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm*2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. Featuring TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), it enables single-layer feeding for quick, uniform feed delivery, improving efficiency and reducing manual labor and feed waste, enhancing chicken rearing quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two durable hoppers, 1.2 mm thick, made from hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper offers a robust capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer holding up to 70 kg.
