2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is manufactured from robust hot-dip galvanized steel with a substantial zinc coating of 275g/m², ensuring an actual capacity of 90%. The feeding density is strategically calibrated at 0.65 tons/m³ to prevent corrosion. 2. Our materials include separate filling and dispensing equipment with an impressive transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube dimensions are 110mm*2mm with a 90mm auger. 3. The system comprises TS Corner, TS Chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). It efficiently delivers feed quickly and uniformly to designated feeding areas, minimizing manual intervention, preventing feed wastage, and optimizing both production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System

This advanced system features two hoppers per layer with a thickness of 1.2 mm, made of hot-dip galvanized steel. Each hopper boasts a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer offering 70 kg. Powered by China's leading brand Wanxin Motor, the system features a motor power of 0.75KW, equipped with 5mm steel wire, facilitating a speed of 8.67m/min.
