2.Main Feeding System

1. Our Silos are made from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering an actual capacity utilization of 90%. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³, it is crafted for robust anti-corrosion properties. 2. Materials: Featuring separate filling and dispensing equipment, it boasts a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. Equipped with an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and an auger of 90mm. 3. Composed of TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), our system ensures quick and even auto-delivery of feed to the feeding area. This reduces manual operation time and minimizes feed wastage, significantly boosting production efficiency and the quality of chicken rearing.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each having a thickness of 1.2 mm, crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel for enhanced longevity.
