2.Main Feeding System

Our state-of-the-art Main Feeding System boasts hot-dip galvanized steel silos with a robust zinc coating of 275g/m², offering 90% actual capacity. This system supports a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and boasts anti-corrosion properties. With a separate filling and dispensing system, it ensures efficient transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The system includes an outer tube of 110mm*2mm and a 90mm auger, all seamlessly integrated with TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a Feed Hopper (65kg). This automatic system guarantees quick and even feed distribution, minimizing manual labor and feed waste, thereby enhancing chicken rearing productivity and quality.

3.Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Our Hopper Trolley Feeding System features twin hoppers per layer, crafted from premium hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. Each hopper boasts a 65 kg capacity, while the top layer accommodates 70 kg. Driven by China's leading Wanxin Motor with a power of 0.75KW, this system operates at a smooth speed of 8.67m/min. The Drinking System encompasses five pivotal components: 1. water front parts, 2. drinking nipples and cups, 3. hanging system, 4. regulator, and 5. water end parts, ensuring optimal hydration for your poultry.

Our Water Front Parts are ingeniously designed to incorporate a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medictor, ensuring pristine water quality. The Raisetech water front kit not only excels in water supply and medication but also features a large diameter flushing tube. This innovation flushes away tube sediment, safeguarding the entire system and significantly reducing maintenance labor, thus preserving water quality like never before.

5.Egg Collection System

The Egg Collection System is engineered with 2mm hot dip galvanized side panels, operating at a swift 3m/min speed. Powered by the renowned Wanxin Motor (0.4KW), this system epitomizes efficiency and reliability, ensuring seamless egg collection at every turn.
Our egg conveyor features a premium PP woven belt with a 1.2mm thickness and 100mm width, promising durability and smooth egg transport.
Our system includes a U-shape egg bracket, egg belt wheel bracket complete with a tensioning part, and associated accessories, featuring a sturdy PP Belt and egg Claw for seamless operation.

6.Manure Cleaning System

Our system employs an automatic manure scraper to ensure the manure belt is meticulously cleaned, contributing to a healthier and more efficient poultry house environment.

The system incorporates 3mm hot-dip galvanized side panels and a 1mm hot-dip galvanized steel chain safety door, operating at a smooth 3m/min. This ensures durability and safety in every operation.
