2. Main Feeding System

1. The silo is crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc thickness of 275g/m², offering an impressive 90% capacity. Feeding density is optimized at 0.65 tons/m³, complemented by its anti-corrosive properties. 2. Our materials include distinct filling and dispensing equipment with a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The outer tube measures 110mm by 2mm, while the auger is 90mm. 3. Comprising TS Corner, TS chain, Feed Trough, Drive Motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and Feed Hopper (65kg), it allows single-layer feeding, ensuring quick and even auto-delivery of feed. This system significantly reduces manual operation time and feed waste, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of poultry care.

3. Hopper Trolley Feeding System.

Each layer is equipped with two hoppers, each crafted from hot-dip galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm. These hoppers boast a capacity of 65 kg, with the top layer accommodating up to 70 kg. Featuring China's premier brand, Wanxin Motor, with a motor power of 0.75KW, and a 5mm steel wire, the system operates at a speed of 8.67m/min.

The water front parts include a water inlet, filter, water meter, and medicator. Ensuring optimal water quality is paramount for our drinking systems. The Raisetech water front kit not only facilitates water supply and medication but also allows for efficient sediment flushing via its large diameter flushing tube line, safeguarding the system and minimizing maintenance labor.

5. Egg Collection System

1. Side panels are made of 2mm hot-dip galvanized steel, operating at a speed of 3m/min, powered by China's renowned Wanxin Motor with a power rating of 0.4KW.
2. The egg conveyor is designed with a PP woven belt, measuring 1.2mm in thickness and 100mm in width.
3. The system includes a U-shaped egg bracket, an egg belt wheel bracket, and an egg belt tensioning part, complete with essential accessories, along with a PP belt and egg claw.

Our automated manure cleaning system is engineered to significantly enhance air quality by reducing ammonia levels (3-5ppm) within the house. The system employs a manure scraper for efficient, hands-free cleaning of the manure belt.
