1. Our silos are made of superior hot-dip galvanized steel with a robust zinc thickness of 275g/m², boasting an impressive 90% capacity efficiency. With a feeding density of 0.65 tons/m³ and outstanding anti-corrosion properties, the system is built to last. 2. The materials include a separate filling and dispensing apparatus, boasting a transport capacity of 73 kg/min. The durable outer tube measures 110mm*2mm. Auger: 90mm. 3. This system is comprised of a TS corner, TS chain, feed trough, drive motor (1.5KW/2.2KW), and a feed hopper (65kg). Single-layer feeding is seamlessly achieved. The system efficiently auto-distributes feed uniformly across the feeding area, slashing manual labor and eliminating feed wastage, thereby enhancing the efficiency and quality of poultry production.

3. Our U-shaped egg bracket, along with the egg belt wheel bracket and tensioning accessories, ensures optimal support and stability. 4. The PP belt and egg claw design further enhance the efficiency and precision of the egg handling process.

6.Manure Cleaning System

The advanced automatic manure cleaning system not only improves the air quality within the facility but also significantly reduces ammonia levels (3-5ppm), creating a healthier environment for poultry. The manure belt is expertly cleaned using a state-of-the-art manure scraper.
